By accessing or using the MadraSafe platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

MadraSafe is a school transport tracking platform that provides:

• Real-time GPS tracking of school buses
• NFC check-in for student boarding verification
• Push notifications for parents and administrators
• Route optimization and analytics tools for schools

User Accounts

Accounts are created by school administrators for parents and drivers. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

By using MadraSafe, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access data from other schools or unauthorized users
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
• Share location data with unauthorized third parties

Intellectual Property

The MadraSafe platform, including its code, design, logos, and content, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

MadraSafe provides a school transport tracking and management tool. We are not responsible for the transport itself, driver decisions, or service interruptions due to external factors (network outages, GPS failures, etc.). The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

The school may terminate its use of MadraSafe at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms of service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute related to the use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
